  We've been here a couple of times before for NFL games and always had a good experience so that's why we decided to come again for Super Bowl LI tonight. What a mistake that was... Our server, a girl name Raina P was the worst server I had, ANYWHERE, in a ver long time! Since the beginning, we noticed something wasn't right with her service towards our table...
  We notice how courteous and joyful she was with others but, when she got to Us, she was quiet and indifferent. I must've say "thank you" to her 4 or 5 times after getting her to service Us without one single response back from her!
  We have to call her to get service several times after noticing she was "busy" watching the game and having fun with other customers. You could see the disdain in her face every time we call her attention.
  
  After a while, one person in our party left around half time and her plate and empty bottles sat on the table,along with ours, until we told the manager to get someone to clean it up! EVERY OTHER TABLE she had around ours was clean way before that!
  
  After we complained, the manager,Ms. Briana(who did took care of Us)apologized to Us and gave us 15% discount on our tab and some $5 coupons for next time ( as if it's going to be a next time)
  The server, Raina P, is a black eye to what always has been a great establishment and a good experience.It is a shame since we really like this place and the food was great!
  Hope they take care of customer service because there are no amount of coupons that can cover for that.
