  NEVER get my order right. Will not go back! They need a system (better system if they already have one) to better ensure orders are correct and some responsibility for when its not...They seem care none that they got it wrong over and over again.

  After a long day of work I had to feed my kids fast food for dinner so naturally we chose McDonald's. Near the end of enjoying my sandwich I stopped​ chewing my food something was inside the burger, and it's inside my mouth, ...I opened​ up my mouth and pulled out the longest piece of hair out of my mouth!!!!! It was disgustingly nasty, I got sick to my stomach I had to pull over to throw up. I had this long brown hair in my hands as I drove back to McDonald's the manager there refunded me my money for my entire order ...Long story short...this WAS my favorite McDonald's but NOT anymore.

  Fries were barely warm. Kid ran mop in two places and never once looked at floor he was mopping. All the garbages were full. To bad managers don't your their restaurant to see what it looks like. Employees need to be trained to sweep floor before mopping.

  It used to be a good McDonald's to come to and have a pleasant experience. When I got my hotcakes, it was given to me w/o butter or syrup and my wife ordered a side salad and on the tray was 1 set of plastic ware. Good customer service is really falling and so many of the male staff members walk around with their pants down even though they have on a belt. Customers shouldn't have to experience that.
