- 1 / 5By Adam WalthoI live in Estrella, so this is our "neighborhood McDonalds". I have been a customer at this location for over two years and the service has gotten worse over time. This particular location struggles with counter speed, order accuracy, and customer service. According to survey, most fast food restaurants attempt to get drive thru orders correct more than 85% of the time. My personal experience at this location is that something is wrong with my order (or just missing) 85% of the time. There needs to be some major investment in training, and the franchisee should take a hard look at staff...because, whoever manages this store must be asleep at the wheel.December 24, 2016
