  The manager got very rude with me and hung up on me because I asked is the handtossed crust vegan. She said im playing with her and I should know that the crust isnt a vegetable. :) she then hung up on me.

  I first underestimated their pizzas but hey let me tell ya the first time I tasted I started regretting the fact I've been waiting for so long! Highly recommend!

  Called to order a pizza and this guy was a jerk and talked like a robot he repeated to me what he had thought I had order which was incorrect so i told him what I wanted and then he was like ur just confusing me at this point what do u want... so I hung up

  Tried to order a single large w/ 2 toppings and cheese sticks, phone personnel could hardly take the order (she could be new, very understandable). At the end of the order she quoted an outrageous price, when questioned about it she became rude so I asked to speak to a manager. He came to the phone and sounded aggravated that he had to deal with someone then proceeded to ask what do you want. I questioned the price, he rudely broke it down. I stated that it was kind of high and he said that's what it is. This is by far the worst customers service I have experienced from any Papa John's restaurant chain. Due to this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope others don't have to put up with this type of behavior in the future!
